Reservations and Payment
A deposit of $100 per person is required when making a booking. The balance of payment is required 45 days prior to departure from Australia or when the tour operator requires. Should a reservation be made within 45 days of departure, the balance of payment is required immediately.
Late Booking Fee
For bookings made within 10 days, full payment is to be made at the time of reservation. Additionally, a charge of $30 per file will be made to cover urgent communication costs and courier fees.
Insurance
Insurance cover is available at the time of booking and we strongly recommend that you take cover against contingencies.
Health and Fitness for Travel
The tour member or passenger warrants to Tick-it Travel that they are reasonably healthy and fit to travel and indemnifies Tick-It Travel from all actions and claims should their health cause a problem on the tour.
Amendments and Cancellations
Amendment to confirmed reservations will incur a fee of $50 per file to cover the increased communication costs. Confirmed bookings cancelled at least 45 days prior to departure will incur a $200 per person cancellation fee. Between 45 and 20 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 20 days of departure, or on or after the date of commencement of the booked service, will incur fees equivalent to 100% of the amount paid for that service
Airline Obligations
Any airline may be used in conjunction with tour or land arrangements booked on behalf of the client. The involvement of such airline is as carrier only, and shall not be responsible for statements or literature relating to the tours or features. Cancellation and amendment fees can apply to all airfares
Responsibility and Liability
Tick-It pacific Tours and their representatives, advise that the services rendered are the booking and packaging of goods and services provided by other operators, such as hotels and transportation companies. Accordingly, they will not be responsible and do exclude liability for loss or damage caused by any act or omission of the providers of such goods and services. The payment of a deposit by an intending customer warrants that the customer is in reasonable health and fitness for the required goods and services, and will indemnify the operators from all claims and demands arising out of any want of health and fitness.
